IPOTOOLS Welders

We offer you high-quality IPOTOOLS welding machines for professionals and beginners. All of our IPOTOOLS devices are inverter welding devices, which are initially classified according to the type or method of welding:

MIG MAG Welders

MIG or MAG welding can be carried out with the same welder. The difference between MIG and MAG is that MIG welding uses the inert gas argon (Ar), while MAG welding uses active gas CO2 or a mixture of carbon dioxide (CO2) and argon (Ar) as the protective gas.

The process is carried out with a MIG welding torch, which differs from the TIG torch in that no tungsten electrode is required because a welding wire is used which is fed from the device through the MIG torch. Working with a MIG welder is easier than working with a TIG welder and therefore it is also the most common welding process.

With our MIG MAG welding machines you can easily weld materials in all positions, such as stainless steel, aluminum and aluminum alloys.

In our offer you will also find MIG MAG models with Synergic operation, which enables you to set pre-programmed parameters for a strong and homogeneous weld seam depending on the wire diameter and gas combination.

TIG Welders

For TIG welding, we use non-melting tungsten electrodes that do not wear out. The process takes place in a protective gas atmosphere such as the inert gas argon (Ar). TIG welding offers better control of the weld than other processes, especially with thinner materials, and is also stronger and of better quality. TIG welding is also a little more demanding than other processes because it is slower and takes more time to master completely.

In our offer you will find two different versions of the TIG welding machines:

– DC TIG welders – welding using a tungsten electrode with constant welding current (DC) in a protective gas atmosphere.

The welding process is mainly used for welding thin stainless steel, copper and magnesium alloys.

– AC / DC TIG welders – welding using a tungsten electrode with alternating welding current or direct current (you can switch between AC / DC) in a protective gas atmosphere.

The welding process is mainly used for welding stainless steel, copper, aluminum, aluminum alloys and titanium.

In addition to the welding materials, the TIG welders also differ in the digital control panel, on which there are various welding parameters for even more detailed settings in order to achieve the best possible results.

MMA / STICK Welders

All of our IPOTOOLS welders, both MIG/MAG and TIG, enable MMA/STICK welding, although STICK welding devices are also available from us especially for this process. This process is a manual welding process that uses a coated electrode. With the help of electrical current (alternating current or direct current), an arc is generated between the electrode and the workpiece, which fuses the base material and the electrode.

MMA/STICK welding is a very popular welding process because the welding process is not as demanding as other processes. It is mainly used in the field of maintenance and repair. Manual arc welding can be used to weld steels, gray cast iron, copper, nickel and aluminum alloys.
