If you need service for your IPOTOOLS device, we offer you a professional repair service in our in-house workshop. You can also purchase original parts and accessories from us.

You will not incur any service costs for the first 24 months. After 24 months, the service costs will be calculated and the procurement of spare parts is guaranteed even after that.

Because we want to keep your enthusiasm, we ensure with our super-fast shipping that the goods will be delivered to you in the shortest possible time.

As soon as the goods are ready for shipment, you will receive an email from the shipping provider with your personal tracking number, which you can use to track the shipment.

The delivery time is 2-5 days.

When ordering the shipping costs will be added in form of a flat-rate amount per order in the shopping cart. The flat-rate costs differ for different countries.

If the value of the goods ordered in the shopping cart is higher than EUR 100.00, the customer can place an order with Free Shipping. If the value of the ordered goods in the shopping cart is less than 100.00 EUR, the customer bears the shipping costs in the form of a flat-rate cost per order in the shopping cart, which is calculated differently for EU countries.
